If you are in course 1 and want reinforcement with Chapter 8 (Mathematics of Mortgages) then this workshop is for you. Mortgages are an important part of the OREA program. It is tested specifically in course 1. Many of you will also take the Mortgages elective during your articling period.
Many people have trouble with the concepts related to mortgage math. This workshop is designed to give you the understanding and confidence that you need both to pass the OREA exam and to work with your clients.
